Our friends and colleagues Drs. Joe and Kathy Gloyd believed deeply in the power of veterinary pharmacology and therapeutics - not just to improve animal health, but to transform lives for the people who love and depend on them. Their dedication shaped the future of veterinary medicine, and now we have the opportunity to ensure their impact lives on.
To honor their lasting contributions, we’ve established The Joe and Kathy Gloyd Memorial Grant. This grant will directly support causes Joe, a founding board member of VPRF, and Kathy felt passionate about: funding scientifically sound and humane research on drug therapy for animal diseases and training of future scientists - areas which have traditionally been underfunded.
