Jay Donecker VMD, MS has recently retired from Exubrion Therapeutics. During the past 30 years he has been involved with bringing new products to the veterinary market, initially as a partner/treasurer of a mixed practice in North Carolina, then as a consultant to startup companies, next as an employee of Pfizer Animal Health/Zoetis, and finally as Chief Veterinary Officer for Exubrion Therapeutics. While completing an equine surgery residency, he received an MS studying veterinary pharmacokinetics from the Ohio State University. He is a published author or co-author on a variety of veterinary subjects. Jay and Anne live in Reidsville, NC where they raised their family and are now being watched over by their fox red lab, Lucy.
